WEST LOOP — Developers will present plans for two new office building developments at a community meeting Tuesday night.

Ald. Walter Burnett Jr. and the West Loop Community Organization will host the meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Merit School of Music, 38 S. Peoria St. Developers will present plans for a proposed office building at 213-223 N. Peoria St. and another at 801-811 W. Fulton Market, said Carla Agostinelli, executive director of the West Loop group.

Chicago developer Jeffrey Shapack is one of the partners in both developments, according to zoning documents.

The 801-811 W. Fulton Market project would be adjacent to the recently installed Fulton Market Gateway.

The proposed seven-story Fulton Market development would house retail and office space on the first floor, with additional office space on additional floors, according to a zoning application. About 12 parking spaces would be located at the site. The development is proposed by Dufresne Capital Partners LLC.
