LINCOLN SQUARE — Blow-out furniture and mattress sales on Lincoln's Birthday are perhaps a stretch in terms of commemorating the Great Emancipator.

But Q Brothers and Merz Apothecary's bash in honor of Honest Abe makes a certain sense. Lincoln was the first president, and one of only five, to sport a beard in office.

Q Brothers is devoted to grooming products for men's facial hair. Ergo, party.
