CHICAGO — A 22-year-old was shot Tuesday night in Irving Park.

Around 7:05 p.m., the man was walking in the 4400 block of North Keystone Avenue when he was approached by a man who opened fire at him, said Officer Janel Sedevic, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.

The man was struck in his back and taken to Illinois Masonic Medical Center, where his condition stabilized, Sedevic said.

No one is in custody for the shooting.
