LINCOLN SQUARE — Know what'll take the chill off winter? Barbecue.
The forecast for Sunday is smoky, with a chance of brisket, thanks to the reappearance of Bobby's Q pop-up barbecue, which returns to Lincoln Square after nearly a year's absence.
Amateur pitmasters Bob Farster, Brian Orchard and Jeff Gagliano will once again set up temporary shop at Borelli's Pizza, 2124 W. Lawrence Ave., slinging brisket and pulled pork sandwiches, along with sides like mac 'n' cheese and cole slaw, 11 a.m. "until the meat runs out."
For past pop-ups, Bobby's Q has prepared more than 150 pounds of meat and sold out in just four hours. So come early and bring your appetite.
