ROGERS PARK — The neighborhood's first Potbelly Sandwich Shop plans to open Tuesday at 6464 N. Sheridan Road.
Ashley Chambers, general manager of The Morgan at Loyola Station, where the eatery will be located, said there will be pre-grand opening parties from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. on Monday for those who want a first look.
Two doors down, at 6470 N. Sheridan Road, Around the World Gourmet Sandwiches closed this year. Chambers said there should be an announcement made soon about what will replace it.
