WICKER PARK —  A new bar and restaurant from the owners of River North's 25 Degrees burger bar is headed to Wicker Park's Division Street and looking for workers.

According to a tweet from 25 Degrees, Barley & Brass, at 2015 W. Division St., is hosting an open call for workers from noon to 4 p.m. on Friday and Monday.

The new venture is looking to "build a fun, energetic, hard working staff" and has spots open for bartenders, servers, cooks, security and other positions.

Just west of the busy Damen and Division intersection, the space was most recently home to Fame, a bar and art gallery that shuttered in July.

"We just love the Wicker Park neighborhood and feel it is constantly growing and getting bigger and better," said owner Joe Boumaroun, owner of 25 Degrees.

Earlier this month Boumaroun said Barley & Brass, which is "going to have more of an eclectic menu" than 25 Degrees, is planning to open around the end of November.
