Man, Two Juveniles Charged with Murder of Boy, 16, in Little Village

CHICAGO — An 18-year-old man and two 15-year-old boys were charged with fatally shooting a 16-year-old boy Friday in Little Village.

Anthony Anania, 18, of the 2400 block of South Troy Avenue and the two 15-year-old juveniles were charged with first-degree murder in the fatal shooting that also wounded a 15-year-old boy and 18-year-old man, police said.

The victim, identified as Ramon Breceda, of the 2700 block of West 23rd Street, was shot in his chest. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 12:17 a.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's office. 

The 15-year-old boy was shot in his buttocks, while the 18-year-old was shot in his arm. Both teens were taken to Mount Sinai Hospital where they are in stable condition, police said.

Police said the three charged with the homicide were identified as the shooters in the incident, which occurred around 11:30 p.m. Friday in the 2700 block of West 24th Street, police said.
