Festa Pasta Vino, Heart of Chicago's Italian Fest, Kicks Off Friday

HEART OF CHICAGO — The Festa Pasta Vino "Italian Block Party" will run this weekend in Heart of Chicago.

The event, at Oakley Avenue and 24th Street, features three stages of entertainment, Italian wines and Italian food. Booths will serve food from local restaurants like Bacchanalia, Lafontanella, Miceli's Deli and Ignotz, among other spots. 

The fest runs 5-11 p.m. Friday, noon-11 p.m. Saturday and noon-10 p.m. Sunday. There is a suggested donation of $7 for adults and $5 for seniors. Children are free.
