WEST LOOP — Former Sabor Saveur chef Yanitzin Sanchez is set to debut "más," her Mexican restaurant and bar concept specializing in "modern" low-cost Mexican dinner fare.

Located at 800 W. Washington Blvd., the 70-seat, 2,000-square-foot restaurant will open for dinner starting May 28. Menu items will range in price from $8-$13 and will consist of savory tacos, raw items, and sharable plates with Mexican and Latin influences.

A custom Aztec-inspired wall fixture will serve as a focal point for the lounge area, which features a 16-foot bar.

The restaurant will be open for dinner seven nights a week: Sunday through Thursday from 5-11 p.m. Friday and Saturday from 5p.m.-2 a.m. The restaurant plans for lunch, brunch and carry out following the initial opening.
