SOUTH LOOP — The Roosevelt Collection has announced four new tenants coming to the South Loop mall this summer.

Two restaurants are joining the dining-sparse mall's lineup, which currently only has Bridgeport Coffee as an on-site eatery — though Bentley's Corner Barkery offers a full menu for dogs.

Mirai Sushi and PorkChop will both open this summer, according to an announcement from the Shops at Roosevelt Collection Tuesday.

It's the second Mirai Sushi location, following the flagship Japanese restaurant at 2020 W. Division St. in Wicker Park.

It's also the second location for PorkChop, which has one restaurant operating at 941 W. Randolph St. and serves up high-end barbecue and weekend brunch.

Also joining the mall's lineup this summer are two fitness centers: Yoga Six, which offers hot vinyasa yoga and fitness classes, and Shred 415, which already has four Chicago locations focused on interval training.

It's Chicago's first Yoga Six studio. The company operates five California locations and a site in St. Louis.

Northwestern Medicine has leased a 21,000-square-foot office on site that will also open to patients this summer.

Soap shop Sabon and That's Our Bag are currently moving into the South Loop mall at 150 W. Roosevelt Road and plan to open early this summer.
