CHICAGO — A 26-year-old man was stabbed on the Near West Side early Thursday.
The man was in the hallway of a building in the 2000 block of West Jackson Boulevard when several men walked past him about 12:30 a.m., said Officer Janel Sedevic, a Chicago Police Department spokeswoman.
One or more of the men stabbed the victim, but police said details were still hazy as of Thursday morning.
The victim was listed in stable condition at Stroger Hospital, Sedevic said.
No one was in custody.
