CHICAGO — Police are seeking a teenage mother and her 2-year-old son, who have been missing from Little Village since last week.
Cynthia Hernandez, 16, and her son Nathan Pena, were last seen in the 2800 block of South Homan Avenue Feb. 9 about 7 p.m., police said.
Hernandez is described as standing 5-foot-7, weighing 140 pounds, with brown eyes, black hair and an olive complexion.
Nathan is approximately 2-feet tall, weighing 50 pounds. He has brown eyes, black hair and has an olive complexion.
