CHICAGO — A 15-year-old boy was fatally shot in Little Village Sunday, police said.

He was shot multiple times in the abdomen and side during a possible drive-by shooting in the 4100 block of West 30th Street at 4:49 p.m., according to Officer Veejay Zala, a police spokesman.

The boy was identified as Miguel Naverrette, of the 2800 block of South Karlov Avenue in Little Village. He was pronounced dead on the scene at 5:24 p.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.

No further information was available.
