CHICAGO — A man was wounded in a shooting in Pilsen Wednesday night, police said.
About 7:30 p.m., the 19-year-old man was standing in an alleyway with another man when a gunman opened fire on the two in the 2100 block of South Ashland Avenue, according to police.
The teen was shot in the shoulder and lower back and was taken to Stroger Hospital in critical condition.
No one is in custody, but police said the shooting was gang-related.
