CHICAGO — Police are looking for a man who touched a woman's leg on an escalator at the Roosevelt CTA station Tuesday.

The 41-year-old woman was riding the escalator to the elevated platform about 11 a.m. Tuesday when the man approached her from behind and placed his hand on her leg, authorities said.

The man then fled. He is wanted for battery, police said in a community alert.

Police describe the man as Asian, 20 to 30 years old and having a medium build and short, black hair. The man was last seen wearing glasses, blue jeans and carrying a backpack.
