ROSELAND — An aspiring barber was stabbed to death while giving someone a haircut in a South Side home in January, according to his family.
Carlos Martin, 36, was stabbed to death in the 10700 block of South Cottage Grove Avenue on Jan. 2, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
Carlos Martin's sister, Chanel Martin, said her brother got into an argument with a woman who then stabbed him.
“What I will miss the most about my brother is the conversations we shared as brother and sister," Chanel Martin said.
