The criminal sexual abuse occurred in Chicago Lawn Wednesday afternoon, police said.
James Blackman, 46, was charged with several counts of armed robbery and impersonating an officer.
Police said the attack happened in the 1000 block of West Armitage Avenue.
The attack occurred about 4:15 p.m. Tuesday near the lakefront in Hyde Park.
Cops said they're looking for the suspect who attacked the woman Saturday.
Police issued a community alert after five similar robberies in Lakeview in September.
Monday morning's incident is the latest of at least three robberies in the neighborhood, police said.
In all of the incidents, a man convinced a victim to get in a car as part of an "investigation."
The man drives a tan SUV and calls himself Agent or Officer Franklin, police said.
Police released a sketch of the man and a picture of a van similar to the one he was driving.
Police said the items were taken "by force or by deception."
The break-ins occurred at least four times from Sept. 7 to Sept. 15, police said.
The alert was issued after two cell phone thefts involving physical attacks by unknown robbers.
In each of the incidents, the robbers physically attacked the victims, police said.
Five incidents have occurred on Lake and Fulton streets near Western Avenue this month, police said.
