Chicago Market Thanksgiving Co-op Pop-Up Shop: The Chicago Market is hosting a co-op pop-up shop in Uptown, allowing you to spruce up your holiday menu with offerings from local farmers and other vendors. Sellers include: Americano 2211, Big Fish Innovations, Collective Resource, Green Acres, Hazzard Free Farm, Gretta's Goats, Organic Bread of Heaven and Meadow Haven Farm. Watch Nerds Perform Acrobatics: Acrobatica Infiniti Circus returns to Uptown Underground for an "After Dark" performance. The variety show blends cosplay with circus acrobatics. Big Bad Bones at the Green Mill: Big Bad Bones features Luis Bonilla, Luke Malewicz and John Yao on Trombone, Frank Cohen on bass trombone, Matt Nelson on piano, Patrick Mulcahy on bass and Jeremy Cunningham on the drums. Enjoy Some Close-Up Magic: Saturday, Uptown Underground will host the Chicago Magic Lounge, which takes attendees back to the days of old school magic shows. Drink And Eat To Help Out McCutcheon: The 48th Ward will be hosting a bar crawl in the Uptown Entertainment District this weekend to raise funds for after school programs at McCutcheon Elementary School.
