CHICAGO — Shootings left three people dead and 15 wounded between Friday and Saturday, police said.

 

• At 10 p.m. Friday, a 26-year-old man was shot to death in Auburn Gresham.

 

• At 9:03 p.m., a shooting in Humboldt Park killed a 24-year-old man.

 

• At 4:30 p.m., a 25-year-old man was shot in his head and killed in Back of the Yards.

 

In non-fatal shootings:

 

• Most recently, at 8:20 a.m. Saturday, a 19-year-old man was shot in Garfield Park, said Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police spokesman.

 

The man was in the 3600 block of West Lexington Street when he was shot in his leg.

 

The man was taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was not released but he was listed as “stable,” Estrada said.

 

• At 4:50 a.m., a 26-year-old man was shot in Garfield Park, Estrada said. Police found the man sitting in a car with multiple gunshot wounds in the 4600 block of West Monroe Street.

 

The man was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in serious condition, Estrada said.

 

The man was a documented gang member, police said.

 

• At 3:50 a.m., a 25-year-old man walked into Stroger Hospital after being shot, Estrada said.

 

The man had been hit in his shoulder and took himself to the hospital, where his condition was not released but he was listed as “stable,” Estrada said.

 

The man was uncooperative, police said, and officers did not know where the shooting occurred.

 

• At 2 a.m., a 30-year-old man was shot in Chicago Lawn, Estrada said.

 

The man was getting out of a car in the 5900 block of South Albany Avenue when another car pulled up. The people in the second car yelled gang slogans and opened fire.

 

The man was hit in chest and leg and his shoulder was grazed by a bullet, Estrada said. He was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in good condition.

 

The man had no known gang affiliation, police said.

 

• At 1:02 a.m., a man and a woman were shot while sitting at a stop light in West Ridge.

 

• At 12:40 a.m., a 22-year-old woman and 16-year-old boy were shot in Garfield Park, Estrada said.

 

They were on the street in the 700 block of South Spaulding Avenue when a gray SUV drove past and someone fired shots at them.

 

The teen took himself to Mount Sinai Hospital. He had been hit in his chest and was in critical condition, Estrada said.

 

The woman was hit in her right leg and buttocks. She was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where she was in good condition, Estrada said.

 

The teen was a documented gang member, police said.

 

• At 12:37 a.m., a 25-year-old man was shot in Auburn Gresham.

 

• At 12:27 a.m., a 23-year-old man was shot and robbed while standing outside in Auburn Gresham.

 

• At 10 p.m. Friday, an 18-year-old man was shot in South Austin, Estrada said.

 

The man was standing on the street in the 100 block of North Laporte Avenue when he saw a black car going past and heard gunshots and felt pain.

 

The man was hit in his buttocks and his hand. He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as “stable,” Estrada said.

 

The man was a documented gang member, police said.

 

• At 9:40 p.m., a 20-year-old man was shot in Englewood while standing outside.

 

• Also at 9:40 p.m., a 25-year-old man was shot in his head in Humboldt Park. He was critically wounded.

 

• At 9 p.m., a 29-year-old man was shot in Austin, Estrada said.

 

The man was on the sidewalk in the 4900 block of West Kamerling Avenue when a man walked up, fired shots at him and ran away.

 

The victim was hit in his legs, Estrada said.

 

The man was a documented gang member, police said.

 

• At 6:50 p.m., a 26-year-old man was shot in Brainerd, Estrada said.

 

The man was in an alley in the 9100 block of South Emerald Avenue when someone walked up, shot at him and then drove away.

 

The man was hit in his leg. He was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where his condition was not released but he was listed as “stable,” Estrada said.

 

No one was in custody in these shootings.
