LINCOLN PARK — A 53-unit condo project is in the works on the west side of Lincoln Park.

Northbrook-based Interforum Holdings, operating under the name C3, is the developer behind the residential project, dubbed "the Parker 60614."

The plan calls for 10 buildings spread across 18 residential lots on both sides of the 2700 block of North Ashland Avenue.

Construction is currently underway and should last 18-24 months, according to Karen Biazar, a listing agent with North Clybourn Group Inc.

Once complete, the condos will range in price from $499,000 to $839,000, said Biazar, who expects the first buyers to move in by the fall.
