LOGAN SQUARE — A 38-year-old man was in critical condition after being shot in his neck in Logan Square early Sunday morning, police said.

Around 1:45 a.m., the man was involved in an argument with two other men in the 3000 block of North Drake Avenue when someone pulled out a gun and fired, according to Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police spokesman.

The man was taken to Illinois Masonic Medical Center, Estrada said.

No one is in custody, Estrada said.
