EAST GARFIELD PARK — A 25-year-old man was found shot to death on the West Side Saturday morning, police said.
Just after 7 a.m., police found the man sitting in a car in the 800 block of North Avers Avenue with a gunshot wound in his chest, according to Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police spokesman.
The man was pronounced dead on scene, Estrada said.
No one is in custody, Estrada said.
