CHICAGO — A 21-year-old man who was shot last weekend in Gage Park has died from his wounds, according to Cook County Medical Examiner's records.
At 12:35 a.m. Oct. 4, a 21-year-old man was shot in the 5300 block of South Sacramento Avenue in Gage Park, police said at the time.
He was sitting in a car when someone fired at him, hitting him in the back of his head, police said. He was taken to Holy Cross Hospital and transferred to Mt. Sinai in critical condition. The shooting was possibly gang related, according to police.
Jonathan Pulido, of the 5100 block of South Mozart Avenue, was pronounced dead at 6:19 p.m. on Oct. 6, according to morgue records.
