HUMBOLDT PARK — A 14-year-old boy was wounded in a drive-by shooting in Humboldt Park Saturday night, police said.

Around 10:10 p.m., the boy was standing on the sidewalk in the 4000 block of West Potomac Avenue when a group of men pulled up in a dark van and one of them shot out the window, according to Officer Hector Alfaro, a Chicago Police spokesman.

The boy was taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition with a gunshot wound in his right thigh, Alfaro said.

No one is in custody, Alfaro said.
