ROGERS PARK — Police found a man unconscious with a gunshot wound in his head in a Rogers Park apartment early Wednesday morning, officials said.
The "man in his 30s" was pronounced dead on scene in the 1100 block of West Morse Avenue around 1:35 a.m., according to Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police spokesman.
Detectives are conducting a death investigation, Estrada said.
