ENGLEWOOD — Last month Lindblom Math & Science Academy students were told their school day would start later this school year, but the plan has been reversed.
The school will continue to start at 8 a.m. as in years past, instead of 9 a.m. The school day will end at 3:05 p.m., not 4:05 p.m.
"Lindblom is back to an 8 a.m. start for this upcoming school year," the school tweeted on Monday.
Chicago Public Schools are cutting costs by changing bell schedules this fall at more than 75 schools.
