23-Year-Old Woman Shot in Old Town, Police Say

OLD TOWN — A woman was shot in her leg in Old Town Saturday, police said.

At about 3:15 a.m. the 23-year-old woman was sitting in her car on the 1300 block of North Hudson Avenue when she head gunshots and felt pain, according to Officer Veejay Zala, a Chicago Police spokesman.

The woman was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where she's now in stable condition, Zala said.
