CHICAGO — A 19-year-old man was shot in Morgan Park early Monday, police said.
Around 2:35 a.m., the man was sitting in a parked car in the 1700 block of West Montvale Avenue when someone began shooting at the car, said Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police spokesman.
The man was shot in his right hand and a friend drove him to Christ Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, Estrada said.
No one is in custody for the shooting.
