CHICAGO — A 20-year-old man was fatally shot in Humboldt Park Sunday, police said.

Around 4 p.m., the man was driving in the 3300 block of West Division Street when a man pulled alongside him and opened fire, striking him in the head and shoulder, said Officer Stacey Cooper, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.

The man was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead, Cooper said.
