CHICAGO — A 25-year-old man walked into a hospital after he was shot in Humboldt Park Monday, police said.

Around 6:15 p.m., the man walked into Mount Sinai Hospital with a gunshot wound to his finger, said Officer Thomas Sweeney, a Chicago Police spokesman.

The man said he drove himself to the hospital after he was shot in the 3300 block of West Chicago Avenue, Sweeney said.

No further information was available.
