EDISON PARK — If you are suffering from a bad case of Blackhawks playoff fever, the cure just might be up for grabs.

Fans of Jonathan Toews and Patrick Kane have until Friday to enter to win what the Edison Park Chamber of Commerce is calling the Ultimate Fan Package — four 100-level tickets to a 2015-16 Chicago Blackhawks home game, four custom Blackhawks jerseys and dinner before the game at the Ketel One Club at the United Center.

The winner will also watch Blackhawks players warm up from the Zamboni Tunnel, tour the locker room and meet some members of the team, organizers said.

The winner of will be announced by April 30, organizers said.

Tickets for the raffle are $100, and are available at edisonpark.com or by calling 773-631-0063.

The raffle hosted by the Edison Park chamber is part of an effort to raise $100,000 to transform the playground at Edison Park's namesake park at 6755 N. Northwest Hwy. into a black-and-red shrine to the Chicago Blackhawks.

The main play structure would be adorned with the team's famous Indianhead logo, and each entrance would be hockey-themed, according to the plans.

The one-of-a-kind playground would also honor Blackhawks CEO John McDonough, an Edison Park native.

While the Chicago Plays program will contribute $125,000 in new equipment, a fundraising campaign hopes to raise another $100,000, officials said.

The rotted, rusted, drab and dangerous playlot was last renovated in 1984, and is typically empty despite its location in the heart of the business district.
