CHICAGO — A 45-year-old man was shot multiple times Tuesday morning in Humboldt Park after getting into a car crash, police said.

After getting into the accident, the man was in the 600 block of North Drake Avenue when the driver of the other vehicle shot him in the ankle and shoulder, said Officer Stacey Cooper, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.

The shooting occurred around 9:30 a.m. and left the man in good condition at Mount Sinai, Cooper said.

Further information was not available about the incident. No one is in custody.
