10th Ward Candidates Pope and Sadlowski Garza to Face Off Tuesday

HYDE PARK — Candidates in the 10th Ward will face off in their last scheduled debate of the runoff election on Tuesday.

Incumbent Ald. John Pope and Susan Sadlowski Garza will stake their position on jobs, immigration, neighborhood and domestic violence, education, Lakeside Development and housing at 6 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe’s San Juan Diego House for the Youth, 9129 S. Burley St.

The format allows for the candidates to directly address each other on issues and it also offers a chance for audience members to put questions to the candidates.

The election is April 7.
