CHICAGO — A 16-year-old boy was shot to death in a Hermosa alley Tuesday night.
Around 10:10 p.m., police found the boy shot multiple times in an alley in the 1600 block of North Keeler Avenue, said Officer Ana Pacheco, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.
The boy was pronounced dead at the scene, Pacheco said.
No one is in custody for the shooting, which appears to be gang related, Pacheco said.
The boy was identified by family as Jorge Ruiz.
