LINCOLN PARK — To encourage shoppers to buy local this holiday season, the Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce is offering $50 gift cards.
The chamber along with the Clark Street Special Service Area will give a $50 gift certificate to a neighborhood restaurant to shoppers who spend a total of $300 or more at three businesses on Clark Street.
The businesses must be on Clark between Armitage Avenue and Diversey Parkway or on the south side of Diversey between Orchard and Lakeview.
The shopping reward program, called Unwrap Clark Street, runs through Dec. 31 and is limited to the first 150 shoppers who qualify.
A full list of rules for the program, such as a maximum of $100 can be spent on dining, is available at visitclarkstreet.com.
