CHICAGO — While gaming experts and historians debate which kings and queens are depicted on a standard deck of cards, artist Joe Mills leaves no doubt on his. 

The Hyde Park illustrator designed a Chicago-centric deck, and chose which of the city's "royalty" ended up on the face cards.
