LOGAN SQUARE — Starting Wednesday, Logan Square's Comfort Station and the Logan Square International Film Series will feature throwback horror movies every week through Halloween.

The series kicks off Wednesday at the Comfort Station, 2579 N. Milwaukee Ave., with "Alien Space Avenger," a 1989 comedy/horror film about a posse of aliens in human bodies trying to kill a comic book artist.

The free screening starts at 7:30 p.m.
