LINCOLN PARK — Lincoln Park Zoo has brought on board a paranormal investigator to lead spooky tours of the grounds during the month of October.

Each Thursday, from Oct. 2 through the end of the month, Ursula Bielski, of Chicago Hauntings, will be giving tours of the zoo.

Bielski will detail the nearly 150-year-old zoo's history including stories of mass graves and alleged mob activity, according to the zoo.

Bielski uses Chicago history to identify and explain sounds and sites inside the zoo.

Guests will be able to hear electronic voice phenomena recordings from around the zoo and check out "inexplicable" photos taken at the zoo after hours.

Lincoln Park Zoo Ghost Tours are $28, or $24 for members, and will be held from 8-9:30 p.m.
