CHICAGO — Four teens, including a 14-year-old girl, were wounded in separate shootings across the city Wednesday afternoon.

Most recently, a 14-year-old girl was shot about 8 p.m. Wednesday in Greater Grand Crossing, according to police.

She was walking down the street in the 500 block of East 72nd Street when she heard shots and felt pain, according to Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police spokesman.

She suffered a graze wound in the right shoulder and was taken to St. Bernard Hospital where she was in stable condition, Estrada said.

No one is in custody, and detectives are investigating.

• About 15 minutes earlier, a 17-year-old boy was shot on the Near West Side.

• About two hours earlier, another 17-year-old boy was shot in West Englewood.

He was in the 7100 block of South Bishop Avenue when a man got out of his gray SUV and opened fire, striking the boy in the upper left arm, Estrada said.

The shooter got back into his car and drove off, Estrada added.

The boy was treated at St. Bernard Hospital, and was eventually released, Estrada said.

Detectives are investigating the shooting, which may have been gang-related because the boy is a documented gang member, police said.

• Around 5:30 p.m., a 16-year-old boy was wounded in a Rogers Park shooting.
