A seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom home "conveniently close to a wealth of amenities" hit the market in Lincoln Park for $4.19 million.

Built in 2007, the home at 1905 N. Burling St. sits on a tree-lined, one-way street among historic homes close to popular Lincoln Park shopping and dining and the 13-acre Oz Park, according to Coldwell Banker's Jennifer Ames.

Inside, the home features dramatic high ceilings, superior quality workmanship, a four-stop elevator and a grand staircase, according to Ames.

On the first floor, there is a powder room and a butler's pantry. The gourmet chef's kitchen is complete with limestone countertops and high-end appliances.

Two of the seven bedrooms are master suites and there are a total of seven bathrooms. One of the master suites takes up the entire third level of the home.

There are several outdoor spaces throughout, and a three-car garage is attached to the home.

The neighborhood schools are Mayer Elementary School and Lincoln Park High School.
