Jackie Robinson West Watch Party Moved to Kroc Center

CHICAGO — Uncooperative weather has forced a Little League World Series watch party inside, city officials said Thursday.

Thursday evening's Jackie Robinson West watch party will take place in the gym at the Kroc Center, 1250 W. 119th St. in West Pullman. The game airs at 6:30 p.m. on ESPN. Doors open at 5:30. No outside food or beverages are allowed, but there will be a concession stand. Seating will be provided.

Jackie Robinson West, representing the Great Lakes region, will take on Philadelphia in the Little League World Series in South Williamsport, Penn.

The winner of tonight's game will play Las Vegas's Mountain Ridge team in the U.S. championship game on Saturday. The winner of that game goes on to play the in the final game of the international series on Sunday.

For North Siders looking to root on the team, Edgewater's Broadway Armory is hosting a watch party.
