Green City Market, 1750 N. Clark St., 7 a.m.-1 p.m.

Check out the 10 new vendors at the outdoor market with more than 60 vendors. Wednesday's chef demonstration features Andrew Deuel of Tesori from 10:30-11:30 a.m. The market will be open from 7 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesdays and Saturdays through Oct. 25.

Locally Sourced at Lincoln Park Zoo, 201 N. Clark St., 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Head to Cafe Brauer for live music by Bailey Dee from the Old Town School of Music, locally farmed produce, drink specials on locally brewed Lagunitas Brewing Company beer and work from local artists Weener Ware, Hellen Tsatsos and Amanda Shell.

B.L.U.E.S. Women's Jam Party at Chicago B.L.U.E.S. Bar, 2519 N. Halsted St., 9:30 p.m.

B.L.U.E.S. bar will host a special jam session featuring the best women in the Chicago's blues scene. The jam will be hosted by Big Ray and Chicago's Most Wanted. Doors open at 8 p.m.
