In the most recent shooting, a 22-year-old man was shot in his right shoulder in the 7900 block of South Morgan Street around 5 p.m. in Auburn Gresham, said Officer Veejay Zala, a police spokesman.

He was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center where he is in good condition, Zala said. No further information was available.

Earlier, two teen boys were wounded in another Auburn Gresham shooting, police said.

The boys, both 17, were shot about 1:05 p.m. in the 8400 block of South Morgan Street, said Officer Thomas Sweeney, a police spokesman.

One victim was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center with a graze wound to his back. The other was taken to St. Bernard Hospital with a graze wound to his hand, police said. Police had no information on their conditions.

In West Pullman, a 20-year-old man was standing outside in the 12200 block of South Wallace Street when he was shot and felt pain in his left hand, said Officer Amina Greer, a police spokeswoman.

After the 1:30 p.m. incident, he fled from the scene and took himself to MetroSouth Hospital where he was also treated for a graze wound to his left leg.
