CHICAGO — A 16-year-old boy is in critical condition after being shot in his head in West Humboldt Park Tuesday afternoon, police said.
The incident occurred at 5:18 p.m. in the 1200 block of North Keeler Avenue.
He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in critical condition.
The boy is a documented gang member, police said.
