LOGAN SQUARE — The new Emporium Arcade Bar in Logan Square will have a food truck inside, its owners announced Monday.

In a press release, Emporium's owners said a blue 1967 Ford Vanette was moved into the space over the winter and will serve "fresh, simple (but high quality) deli sandwiches" made with bread from Mindy Segal's soon-opening bakery nearby.

The owners also gave a few more details about its drink menu, noting that it will be similar to the Wicker Park location except that it will have more canned beer.

"The main reason for this is to minimize the spills on our table games," the release said. "Spilling is a big problem on pretty much any game that has anything close to a flat surface. So, contrary to any notion that maybe we are trying to be trendy, hipster, retro, whatever by serving cans it is really just logistical."

The release also said the owners are hoping to open before the official start of summer "barring unforeseen events."
