CHICAGO — Police are investigating the Sunday shooting death of a man in Englewood.
A 22-year-old man was shot in the chest in the 300 block of West 60th Place at 2:45 p.m., police said.
The man was identified as Demarco Lyons, of the 6000 block of South Princeton Avenue in Englewood and pronounced dead on the scene at 2:58 p.m., the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office said.
No more information was available.
One other person was killed in overnight violence, and 10 have been shot since Saturday evening.
