CHICAGO — The CTA announced a multimillion dollar project to reduce riders' Blue Line blues, but there's one CTA griper we hope doesn't lose his muse.

Jackson Station street performer David Russell has a catchy tune you can hum the next time you're in a CTA slow zone, standing on the Blue Line, waiting for the traaaaa-ain.

The CTA says the project aims to increase train speed and capacity on the line — but there's no mention of increasing common courtesy from fellow passengers.

As Russell laments, who doesn't want to ask that person taking up two seats during rush hour, "Ma’am, did your bag pay the $2.25 to get on this train? 'Cause I did."

Just try to get this tune out of your head.
