HUMBOLDT PARK — Riot Fest has released its 2013 lineup featuring headliners Blink 182, Fall Out Boy and dozens of other bands — but it's holding out on releasing the third headliner.
The three-day music festival and carnival will be held Sept. 13-15 in Humboldt Park.
Violent Femmes, Motorhead and Rancid round out the top billings, followed by a roster of punk, post-punk, metal and hip-hop greats, including Blondie, Gwar, Bad Brains, Public Enemy and one of two Black Flag reunion bands, Flag.
Flag includes Chuck Dukowski, Keith Morris and Dez Cadena, for anyone keeping up with the odd saga of Black Flag's splintered reunion.
Sublime with Rome, AFI and Guided By Voices are among some of the other big names slated to perform at the fest, as well as Bad Religion, Dinosaur Jr. and Devotchka. Other bands are expected to be added to the lineup as well.
The lineup (so far) can be found on Riot Fest's website. Tickets start at $23 per day, and three-day passes can be purchased here for $99.98.
