Uptown gang members have flocked to the park since security was removed, a neighborhood leader said.

Police said they are looking for four more individuals.

Marcus M. Dixon was ordered held on $400,000 bond Saturday.

The shooting happened Sunday night in the 5000 block of North Kenmore Avenue.
