Nixing plans to open in Fulton Market, Perry Mandera will now open The Herbal Care Center on Western.

Columbia Care, at 4758 N. Milwaukee Ave., will be the fourth marijuana dispensary to open in Chicago.

The promise was part of a discussion ahead of a city hearing on the Lakeview dispensary next week.

The presentation will take place one month before MedMar's zoning hearing.

Residents can vote on the issue at the 41st Ward office through Thursday; the city will decide Friday.

At Ald. Anthony Napolitano's request, a vote scheduled for May 29 was delayed.

While the iconic drive-thru welcomed the dispensary, the proposal faces sketpical city officials.

Despite the hold for review, the strip club owner's dispensary is on the governor's list of top picks.
